The Retail Merchants of Hawaii (RMH) held their annual Ho’okela Awards and Tradeshow at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom on Wed., April 24th. Par Hawaii’s Hele Gas Stations and Convenience Stores won the Retail Team of the Year award amongst several finalists including DFS Group, Maui Divers, Polynesian Cultural Center and Target Hawaii.
In addition to winning “Retail Team of the Year”, Hele was a finalist for the “Community Support Team of the Year”. Some of Hele team efforts last year were Fueling Dreams (Special Olympics), Food for Maui (Maui Food Bank), and Fueling the Future (Hawaii Public School Foundation) were highlighted as programs that demonstrate our commitment to the communities we serve.
