Is there any fee for your service?

No, there is no fee for our service. Our goal is to give you the most convenient way to get a discounted tee time and see detailed information on the courses. We do not charge the golfer anything for booking tee times through our site.

Do you offer this service in other states?

No, we provide our service exclusively for select courses located in the State of Hawaii.

Reservation

Can I make tee time reservations by phone?

To continually bring you the best deals, we have automated the process and encourage online bookings. However, if you encounter problems or are unable to book your tee time online please call our toll-free number at 1-877-PAR-FIVE for booking assistance.

What happens when you reserve?

Your booking request is sent directly to ParHawaii. You should get a preliminary order confirmation of your request within 1 hour (max 24 hours). If the tee time you requested is available, we will book it for you. Should the tee time be unavailable, we will contact you with alternative tee times. Once your tee time has been confirmed, we will send you a voucher. Please print this voucher and give it to the pro shop when you sign in for your tee time.

Our partnered golf courses reserve the right to alter tee times and set the required number of golfers per group. If there are any changes to your confirmed tee time, ParHawaii will contact you immediately via email or telephone with these changes.

What is the maximum amount of players I can book?

4 players per tee time.

How far in advance can I book a tee time?

This will vary for each golf club listed on the site. Some tee times can only be made 30 days in advance and some courses provide tee times up to a year in advance.

How late can I book a tee time for the next day?

Please book your reservation at least 2 business days prior to your desired tee-off date. This will ensure a greater likelihood that your requested tee time will be available.

What do the prices listed include?

ParHawaii's prices include green fees and cart fees.

Any extra fees such as club rentals or rider's fee shall be paid directly at the pro shop.

Confirmation of Booking & Voucher

Do I have to contact the golf course after making my booking?

No. ParHawaii will pass on your information directly to the golf course.

Where do I find my voucher and must I have it with me?

After your tee times have been purchased and confirmed, you will receive an email with your voucher from ParHawaii. You are required bring it to the golf course on your tee-off day. Please check the voucher details carefully before you print it. Contact us within 24 hours if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We shall not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by this issue.

Make sure to print voucher and present it to the appropriate golf course. You MUST have your voucher with you as proof of payment. Failure to present this voucher when checking in to the pro shop may result in an additional charge from the course.

Playing

What is the dress code?

Appropriate dress and footwear should be worn at all times on the course and in the clubhouse (as per the rules & regulations set out by each golf course). Collared shirts, golf shoes with socks, and if permitted, shorts at a minimum of 16" in length are the standard policy at most courses. We cannot accept any responsibility in any ruling by each of our partnered golf course if you or any of your group is unable to play due to inappropriate attire.

Playing Conditions

Although the standard of our partnered golf courses is inspected on a regular basis, their actual playing condition may vary from time to time. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of the course during your golf round.

Changing & Canceling

Can I change a golf reservation?

Yes, if you are outside of the cancellation period and depending on availability.

How do I change or cancel a tee time I made online?

You can cancel an online booking by going to and clicking on "Cancel Golf Reservation" or by calling us at 1-877-PAR-FIVE. Please be aware that once a booking has been confirmed, a 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations in addition to any penalty charges applicable.

Cancellation Policies

By using this service, you understand that it is your responsibility to show up for your tee time. If you or any member of your party fail to show up at the tee time reserved on your behalf by ParHawaii.com, and you do not cancel the tee time reserved at your request within 24 hours prior to the tee time stated on your voucher (72 hours prior to the tee time for Hawaii Prince Golf Club & Waikoloa Beach/Kings' Courses), and the golf course is open for play when your party is scheduled to golf, there will be no refund for any amounts prepaid to ParHawaii.

Once a booking has been confirmed a 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Hawaii Prince Golf Club:

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to tee time: Non-refundable
Cancellations made between 168 hours - 96 hours prior to tee time: 50% penalty charge

Makena Golf Resort's North & South Courses:

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to tee time: Non-refundable
Cancellations made within 48-24 hours prior to tee time: 50% penalty charge

Waikoloa Beach/Kings' Courses:

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to tee time: Non-refundable
Cancellations made between 96-72 hours prior to tee time: 25% penalty charge

Rain Refund Policy

ParHawaii will only issue a partial refund if the golf course is closed on your scheduled date of play. When ParHawaii confirms that the golf course is closed due to extremely wet and/or dangerous conditions and are not sending any golfers out, we will refund your prepaid golf round minus our standard 10% cancellation charge based upon the voucher value.

If the course is not closed and remains open for play, you are expected to show up for your prepaid tee time booking and no refunds will be issued. You must check in with the Pro Shop at the golf course and play your round. If you are unable to complete your round due to heavy downpours, the golf course will typically issue a "rain check", though it is up each individual course's rain policy.
